About the Event
Ann graduated from UMass Lowell and joined a small software company. She was part of the technical support team. Ann is easy to work with and very responsive. After her manager left and joined an early stage start-up – she soon followed suit. After being there for 3-4 years, Ann doesn't see a path forward, and she is looking for a change.
Yesterday, Ann interviewed for a reputed tech company with a potential for steady growth. Her discussion with the recruiter went well. Tomorrow, she will be talking with the hiring manager. Ann spent a lot of time brushing up her technical skills. She is prepared to answer anything technical, but there seems to be something missing. She doesn't have an overall structure or a narrative. Ann is sure that there would be many other qualified candidates with sterling resumes. How can she present herself and differentiate over other candidates? How can she make an impression?
