Idemnity and Waiver

"The Company" shall mean and include InterviewZebra, its successors and permitted assigns, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates. By participating in any courses offered by InterviewZebra, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You are solely responsible for your own actions and conduct while participating in any online course offered by the company.

  2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InterviewZebra, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in any courses offered by InterviewZebra, including, but not limited to, those arising from your breach of this Indemnity and Waiver Clause. You are responsible for any damages caused by your actions, and the company is not liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in any online course offered by InterviewZebra.

  3. You agree that the company shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in any online course offered by InterviewZebra, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and financial loss, even if the company has been negligent.

  4. You agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Indemnity and Waiver agreement and that you agree to be bound by them.

  5. Refunds: If you withdraw from the course before its completion or if the course is canceled, you may be entitled to a refund. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

  6. Intellectual Property: The materials provided in the course are the intellectual property of InterviewZebra and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the course materials without the express written permission of InterviewZebra.

  7. Disruptive Behavior: InterviewZebra reserves the right to remove any student from the class at any time for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful or disruptive behavior. Examples of disruptive behavior include interrupting the instructor, harassing other students, or using abusive language. If you are removed from the class due to disruptive behavior, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, you should immediately stop participating in the course. By continuing to participate in the course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If at any time during the course you find that you are unable to comply with any of the terms and conditions, you should immediately cease participation in the course.
